AZSPORT Kinesiology Tape Review

I wanted to review this tape as my husband and I are always having some type of aches or pains. He injured his knee back when he was in Iraq getting off a humvee, and has since had surgery on it, but it still gives him issues. I have the same knee problem he has including water on my knee, so I figured we would give it a try! 

This is some nice tape. It is made out of a soft stretchy material. I have noticed and so has he, that it has started helping a little bit. I wont say that it has taken it away completely because it has not. But it has helped. Any relief is better then no relief at all. Maybe we need to just keep using it and see where it goes from there. IT DOES HELP TAKE SOME PAIN AWAY! This tape comes highly recommended and helps treat many different injuries. I am going to keep using this tape and see if it can help us more!
