I received this Costume hat exactly how it was described and it came right on time with Amazon Prime. This hat is cute for plays, concerts, rodeos, etc. There are many places you can wear this hat and bandanna out to. I am going to be giving this to my little cousin who is young to play with as he loves anything to dress up and pretend. For an adult hat it fit my head perfectly, was not to tight or to big. I love the string around the bottom, so that you can tie it and when you go outside it won't blow off your head in the wind or anything like that. The hat is actually made of pretty good quality and looks like it will not come undone or fall apart. The bandanna is just adorable and adds a little bit more of that country flair to it.
